Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign 2026

The High Commission of India in Nicosia invites members of the Indian community and friends of India in Cyprus to participate in the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign, being observed from 9 to 17 August 2026.

The campaign encourages people to bring the National Flag of India—the Tiranga—into their homes and celebrate the spirit of patriotism, unity and national pride.

How to Participate

Participants are encouraged to:

• Bring the Tiranga home;
• Hoist or display it with pride and dignity;
• Take a photograph or selfie with the Tiranga; and
• Upload it on the official Har Ghar Tiranga portal.

Respect for the National Flag

Participants are requested to display and handle the National Flag with due respect and dignity, in accordance with the applicable provisions governing the use of the Indian National Flag.
