Celebration of the 80th Independence Day of India

The High Commission of India in Nicosia warmly invites Indian nationals, OCI and PIO cardholders, members of the Indian diaspora, and friends of India to attend the Flag Hoisting Ceremony commemorating the 80th Independence Day of India.

The occasion will provide an opportunity to pay tribute to the courage and sacrifices of India’s freedom fighters, celebrate the country’s achievements over the past eight decades, and reaffirm our collective commitment to building a developed, inclusive and prosperous India under the vision of Viksit Bharat @ 2047.
