The Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) hosted dedicated B2B Meeting Sessions in Nicosia on 2 March 2026, on the sidelines of the India–Cyprus Business & Investment Summit 2026.

In his opening remarks, High Commissioner Mr. Manish highlighted India’s emergence as one of the world’s fastest-growing major economies and a dynamic hub of innovation, entrepreneurship and digital transformation. He noted that deeper India–Cyprus economic engagement can unlock new opportunities in sectors including technology, financial services, shipping, professional services, innovation, defence and investment.

The High Commissioner welcomed the strong participation of Indian industry bodies, including the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), Society of Indian Defence Manufacturers (SIDM), Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and Services Export Promotion Council (SEPC), whose delegations engaged with Cypriot enterprises through presentations and structured B2B interactions.

Senior representatives from CCCI, the Cyprus–India Business Association, the India–Greece–Cyprus Business & Investment Council, and Invest Cyprus also addressed the session.

The discussions highlighted the strong economic complementarity between the two countries, with India offering scale, innovation and vast market opportunities, while Cyprus serves as a strategic gateway to the European Union and the wider Mediterranean region.
