High Commisison of India participated in the 26th edition of Travel Expo Cyprus, held from April 25 to 27, 2025, at the State Fair Grounds, Nicosia.
The Indian Pavilion, successfully curated and organized under the mentorship of High Commissioner Mr. Manish, highlighted India's diverse and timeless tourism treasures — from the snow-capped Himalayas to the serene backwaters of Kerala, from the vibrant cultural festivals of Rajasthan to the tranquil beaches of Goa.
The Pavilion was inaugurated by H.E. Mr. Kostas Koumis, Deputy Minister of Tourism, Republic of Cyprus and Shri Subhash C. Kain, Cd’A a.i., who also unveiled the International Day of Yoga (IDY) 2025 commemorative T-shirt, marking the strong synergy between India’s wellness traditions and global cultural engagement.
Throughout the three-day event, the India Pavilion attracted significant attention, engaging a wide spectrum of visitors with insights into India's cultural heritage, adventure tourism, spiritual journeys, and wellness retreats. The enthusiastic response reaffirmed India's growing appeal as a preferred destination for Cypriot and international travelers alike.
